"Sent items" status tracking does not appear properly

Please describe the problem: When I go to my "Sent items" folder in my GroupWise account, and choose to see the status information for one of the items, the contents do not show up properly. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to the GroupWise account, and click on "Sent items" folder 2. Choose an item to show the status tracking Actual results: The contents do not show up properly Expected results: Does this happen every time? No Other information:

I don't remember server returning "undelivered" status, if in that case server doesn't return any status then we should display "defaults" on status tacking dialog. should be fairly easy to fix assigning it to myself :)
