Please describe the problem:

"When the text of an entry is changed, Blam does not mark the entry as
new.  As a result, if the entry's author is conscientious enough to
fix mistakes or add additional information, it is often missed."

I used to have it like this but it rendered a lot of false "new" entries. The problem seemed to be that the 
feeds wasn't the exactly the same so it was impossible to accurately decide whether it was changed or 
not.
