Please describe the problem:
Although the auto-refresh interval is set for the account, the folders are not
getting refreshed.
Clicking on Send/Receive also doesn't get the new mails. The progress window
says 'completed' in a flash, but folders still not refreshed

But if you select a different folder and come back again the folder gets
refreshed and retrieves the mails

Latest observations are that, even after switching between the folders it
doesn't refresh. You need to restart evolution to get the folders refreshed and
retrieve new messages !
Increasing the severity because of this.
