GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 300311
Problems with icon assignments in debian package
Last modified: 2005-11-19 20:20:16 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Linux 5.04 Release Install the gnome-bluetooth package from universe. Look in your menu Applications -> System Tools ... blank icon. This also happens with gnome-phone-manager and the gnome-obex-server packages. If you view the .desktop files for each in /usr/share/applications, the icon paths are relative which doesn't appear to work (in Ubuntu anyway). Changing to absolute path for the icon, e.g. Icon=/usr/share/gnome-bluetooth/pixmaps/bluradio-48.png, works fine.
Confirmed in Ubuntu Hoary
