Description Sebastien Bacher 2005-04-03 00:15:52 UTC
This bug has been opened here: https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/8507

""reply to all" and "reply to mailinglist" do the same. They send a reply
to the original sender and a cc to the list. Replies should only be sent to
the mailinglist.

Mail example of the reffering mailinglist

ubuntu maillinglists work for me too. Doensn't work on that attached
(non-public) list."
Comment 1 Jeffrey Stedfast 2005-04-05 19:01:55 UTC
it falls back to "reply to all" if it can't figure out which address
is the mailing-list.

this is not a bug
Comment 2 Sebastien Bacher 2005-04-05 19:46:33 UTC
updating the summary according to the IRC discussion:

<seb128> fejj: I understand why you reply to all, just not how you
find that's a list mail without List-*
<seb128> if I go on a non list mail "ctrl-L" doesn't nothing
<fejj> oh, because it has a Sender: header
<fejj> which sometimes indicates a mailing-list
<fejj> it should prob not enable it unless it has List-Post tho
<fejj> so if you want, file that as a bug
Comment 3 Karsten Bräckelmann 2006-01-24 20:35:22 UTC
Eh, enhancement? Sure not, IMHO. Raising to bug status, Severity minor.
Comment 4 Omer Akram 2010-06-08 06:49:22 UTC
evolution 2.30 dont have 'reply to mailinglist'
Comment 5 Omer Akram 2010-06-08 07:01:07 UTC
disregarding my previous comment this bug is fixed in evo230
