Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Contact folder is already selected for offline
2. Launch evolution in offline mode, now search for some contacts.
3. Switch to online and click on 'Clear' beside 'find'.
Throws error message 'the query did not complete successfully'
Need to restart evolution to get rid of this error in 'Contact' folder

Here the issue is not only with 'Search' but also with all other operations like
create a new contact, copy etc... It addresses all the issue now.

Tried with Evolution 2.3.8, when I try to search contacts in offline mode, I
didn't get any of the contacts listed. I mean, contacts are listed only in
online mode. Reopening the bug.

Yeah, some issue with offline mode, it is fixed now. This patch properly fixes
the reported problem.
