GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 271666
The sending-progressbar doesn't reflect the percentage of sent bytes
Last modified: 2008-06-03 17:19:53 UTC
This bug has been opened here: https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/5812 "If a large Mail (1 MB) is sent over a ISDN-Line, it takes more than a few seconds. But the sending progress-bar does not show this. It seems, it only advances if the mail is completly sent. A behaviour like the receiving bars do would be nice: They advance at every received byte..."
this is a duplicate feature request
feji, could you indicate of which it is a duplicate ?
Indeed, a "real" progressbar would be nice. Especially when sending only a single message, the progress-bar is completely useless because it stays at 0% until the message is sent and then jumps to 100%. Could anyone tell me, why the status of the bug is "Resolved" and the Resolution is "Invalid"? I don't get what it means :|
Ping. This is not an invalid bug.
plz reopen - i can confirm this behaviour and this is not invalid!
