Description of Problem:
Selection of the "View" -> "Message Display" -> "Load Images" menu items
does not load images.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Receive an email with an embedded image, (automatic loading is turned
off)
2. Select the "Load Images" choice from the View menu
3. Nothing happens

Actual Results:
Images not loaded

Expected Results:
Images not loaded

How often does this happen?
Every time.

Not able to reproduce with latest version of evolution(2.2.1) with
direct internet connection.

But if i try by enabling http proxy in personal settings, the status
bar is showing 'Retrieving of images' for long time with no progress.
