Evo should let the user to subscribe to at least a few folders right after
creating an NTTP account.

Also, after the first folder subscription for the account, it should remove
the "Loading..." item on the account tree node.

I don't know if a list of newgroups should be opened after the
creation, but displaying "Loading..." for ever when you are not
loading anything is not appropriate. 
Perhaps this entry should be replaced by a "subscribe to some groups"
link or something like that ?
