Description of Problem:
I created a new contact in boris's Personal exchange contacts folder using
Outlook 2003 and added an IM address in Outlook 2003. In Evolution I opened
the contact all of the Instant messaging fields were blank.

Expected Results:
Evolution displays the IM address added in Outlook.

I added an E2K_PR_OUTLOOK_CONTACT_IM_ADDR define to e2k-propnames

Also Evolution willnot save the Instant messaging fields and PO BOX
number in exchange account address book after saving the contact.
Evolution will give the option to enter these fields under exchange
address book then it wont save these details and it doesnot display
these fields when we reopen them.

Also if I edit the notes the changes are not saving on the server.
Next time when I reopen that contact it will show only the original
notes entered when the contact was created
