GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 25467
gnome-core Spanish po file
Last modified: 2009-08-15 18:40:50 UTC
Package: gnome-core Version: 1.2.1 Hello : There is a problem when you start control-center, and goes into de Desktop->Pannel properties. Well, I don't know very well Gnome structure, but I know that control-center calls to a configuration program from gnome-core, to configure the panel. The problem with Spanish version, is that some of the phrases are larger that english ones. Then, when you try to use the panel config, the window becomes bigger than phisical screen, if you are using 800x600 screen mode. Then, you can not acces to all options. This is a very important bug, because most of people uses 14'' or 15'' screens in wich 1024x768 mode is hard to use. I send you a corrected es.po file for gnome-core. By Using this new version, you can acces correctly to the pannel option of control-center, and to see it all into the screen. I hope you'll find it interesting Daniel Campos (Spain) ------- Additional Comments From danielcamposf@terra.es 2000-09-21 21:45:54 ---- Subject: PACKAGE & VERSION From: Daniel CF <danielcamposf@terra.es> To: 25467@bugs.gnome.org Message-Id: <39CAB9D2.27B69D4E@terra.es> Date: Fri, 22 Sep 2000 03:45:54 +0200 Package: gnome-core Version: 1.2.1 ------- Bug moved to this database by debbugs-export@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-01-27 15:04 ------- This bug was previously known as bug 25467 at http://bugs.gnome.org/ http://bugs.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25467 Originally filed under the gnome-core product and general component.
