Description of Problem:
If you create a meeting and click on the Options
or Autopick button in the Scheduling tab, the
popup menu partially covers the button.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Invoke Calendar.
2. Choose File > New > Meeting.
3. Select the Scheduling tab.
4. Click on the Options button or Autopick button.

Actual Results:
Popup menu partially covers the button.

Expected Results:
Popup menu should display below button.

How often does this happen? 
Every time.

 y position in the file e-meeting-time-sel.c
