When a mail folder is active, one can compose mail, but From: field
contains the default account's e-mail address instead what is specified by
mail folder.

IMHO in Mail settings->Composer tab should be three additional checkbox for
- using default account info to compose new mail
- using default account info in replies
- using default account info in forwards

You can replace 'info' to 'e-mail address'.

we're not going to do accounts based on currently selected folder

but you are free to send us a patch that is cleanly written :-)
