I use subversion to track changes made to a Gnumeric spreadsheet. Thus, I like 
to keep my repository free of binary files. The compression level selector does 
not work. Setting it to zero still leaves the resulting XML file gzip'd.

Fixed in cvs, thanks.  The logic was there, but was wrong.
