Compile warnings = errors with incompatible types caused a further investigation
and I figured out that the mikmod support inside gst-plugins doesn't match the
version of mikmod that I am using. The mikmod structure got expanded with one
entry and I had to expand the corrosponding *.c file within gst-plugins as well.
Please apply this patch to 0.8, 0.9, HEAD and so on.
