Description Julian Cable 2005-03-24 11:33:53 UTC
Distribution/Version: Debian unstable

gst-launch-0.8 sinesrc ! audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100 ! alsasink

sound starts, then stops, then starts again

gst-launch-0.8 sinesrc ! audio/x-raw-int,rate=44100 ! osssink

no such problem

gst-plugins is cvs from 24/3/05 other gstreamer is debian unstable from same
date. Kernel Debian 2.6.10-1-686, hardware VIA EPIA-M1000, NB the oss drivers
are alsa oss emulation so not very likely to be a driver problem but not tested
on other sound cards.

I think this is the same bug as #160480 (which I can, unfortunately, not reproduce).
