Distribution/Version: YDL-4.0.1 with garnome-2.10.0

The "missing Picture video plugin" problem has reappeared, which causes the
application to exit, albeit ungracefully [it crahes on exit].

To reproduce the problem:
Build on a PPC running:
* YDL-4.0.1, an FC2 clone for PPC
* gnomemeeting-1.2.1
* pwlib-1.8.4
* openh323-1.15.3
* gcc-3.3.3

Note: the problem does *not* exist with version 1.02 of gnomemeeting, which is
shipped with YDL-4.  This version was built using gcc-3.3.3, pwlib-1.6.5-1, and
openh323-1.13.4-2.

That's a bug in GCC:

Solution is to compile with -O1.
