Thanks Jens. Note that I've already fixed this in 
gcalctool CVS HEAD for GNOME 2.11/12, with a much
improved trig_filter() function. See:

I've now also applied your changes to the gcalctool gnome-2-10
branch. I'll generate a new tarball for the Gnome 2.10.1
release.
