My canonical "known-good" stream
mms://cdns.winduprecords.com/windup/evanescence/video/dvdvid/evfoolvidlive_lrgstrm.wmv
no longer works with playbin. It was working before. Something got broken wrt
playbin, as decodebin and manual pipelines still work as they used to.

Disable buffering and it'll work. Let's continue in 168390.
