Please describe the problem:
gcc 2.95.3 chokes on line 777 of ext/raw1394/gstdv1394src.c,

GstDV1394Src *gst_dv1394src = GST_DV1394SRC (handler);

I won't bother making a patch because it'd probably take you longer to apply the
patch than it would to just move the lines around.

Sorry, of course this is gst-plugins 0.8.7, not 0.8.9. I just got confused with
all the different tarballs I have scattered round the place over here.
