Please describe the problem:


Steps to reproduce:
1. Right click on panel
2. Select New Panel
3. 


Actual results:
New Panel is created which is larger in size (48 pixels)

Expected results:
Expected size of newly created panel should be 32 pixels

Does this happen every time?

The size of default panel present is 32 pixels only and so every additional 
panel also should be of size 32 pixels.Moreover panel of larger size (48 
pixels) doesnt give a pleasant look to users.

Isn't the size of the default panels 24??? Oh. Maybe you're not using the same
version and it has changed.
