Please describe the problem:
So how do they file it? Do you have localized versions of Bugzilla which they can easily access, or is 
there an email address we can give each language group to facilitate access? For example, my language 
team might be willing to take on the task of entering bugs sent in by our community. I think it would be 
extremely frustrating to have this stack of strings saying "X doesn't work: file a bug!" carefully 
translated into your language, but to be prevented from doing so by one's lack of English. If we are 
trying to remove these barriers by internationalizing our software, access avenues for bug reporting are 
essential. If these avenues already exists, I apologize for troubling you, but that information certainly 
wasn't in the .po file, so users in my community won't know it either. You are welcome to contact me

Steps to reproduce:
