Please describe the problem:
When playing pmotion.fli in totem the image gets scaled up to fit the Totem
window on first play. But when the playlist replays it in repeat mode it goes to
what I assume is 1 to 1 format.

Steps to reproduce:
Only message in terminal is this:
(totem:20523): GStreamer-WARNING **: pads don't accept old caps. We assume they
did though

Fixed with Totem 1.1.0
