1. "Create web album"
2. Browser for a destination
3. Create a directtory with a space in the name
4. Notice the "%20" in the URL
5. Try to create a the album, get: Folder does not exist, create it? 
6. Select "Create"
7. Get error: ould not create folder "file:///foo/foo%20bar": File exists.
8. Hit "ok"
9. Replace the "%20" with a space.
10. Create the album...this time it works.
