Description Emmanuel Pacaud 2005-01-22 22:36:52 UTC
- Open the attached file.
- Select B column
- Edit->Fill->Autofill

-> gnumeric hangs.
Comment 1 Emmanuel Pacaud 2005-01-22 22:39:52 UTC
Sorry, I'm not going to attach a file, it's too big.

Here are the step to create it:

- New file
- in A1..A3 -> 0 , 0.001, 0.002
- Select A
- Autofill
- in B1 -> sin(a1)
Comment 2 Emmanuel Pacaud 2005-05-13 06:56:39 UTC
Jody, it's still there with current CVS.
Comment 3 Jody Goldberg 2005-05-13 13:16:53 UTC
I have not been able to replicate it. Can you provide even more detail ?
Comment 4 Andreas J. Guelzow 2005-05-14 03:16:12 UTC
I think the complete detail is:
- New file
- in A1..A3 -> 0 , 0.001, 0.002
- Select A
- Autofill
- in B1 -> sin(a1)
- Select B
- Autofill

It will seem now that gnumeric hangs. I n fact it doesn't, it just takes a very
long time for gnumeric to autofill and calculate all those 64000+ cells.
Comment 5 Jody Goldberg 2005-05-14 22:31:54 UTC
morten found the missing detail.
autofill after the sin(a1) after the last step above.

Patch is in CVS.
