I assume this is because the applet is resized as the number of significant
digits is changed. I assume it's for going between things like 1.8GHz and
600MHz. Thoughts?

I think it's not a cpufreq applet specific problem, all of the applets have the
same problem.

Carlos, should this be marked WONTFIX? It might be something to examine when we
write our next applets API?
