There's no explicit license for the totem playlist parser library, so one has
to assume it's GPL due to the toplevel COPYING.  Maybe it's better to make it
LGPL?  Usually packages have a file COPYING.LIB with LGPL when they want to
indicate that installed libraries are LGPL.

Dunno if I contributed significant code to that module (I probably only made one
or two small bug fixes), but relicensing totem playlist parser library to LGPL
is fine with me.
