1. Write "1" in A1, "2" in A2, "3" in A3, "4" in A4
2. Select rows 1 and 2, press ctrl-c to copy
3. Delete the rows
4. Select A3, press ctrl-v to paste

It pastes 3 and 4, should be 1 and 2. Deleting the rows changed clipboard contents.

This was actually intentional.  I've scaled it back to only do this when cutting.
