The file menu should probably be changed the New Window, as eog doesn't create
anything, and may lead the user into a false impression that it does.

This patch will change the "New" in the File menu to "New Window" and this bug
is resolved

If this patch has been applied, I haven't seen it here at my end (Ubuntu Hoary,
with gnome 2.10)
