Adder EOSs when the first stream EOSs.  This isn't the most logical design, I
(and zaheerm) think that the adder element should only EOS when all of its
sources have fires EOS.

Ross, you added a patch to adder to get over the error in #154064, I'd like to
close that, can you provide us with the given patch?

I did?  In the end I gave up on GStreamer for the project (it had a strict
deadline), and I've deleted by gstreamer checkouts...

There was a patch you told me to add, something about setting a flag in the init
function, but I can't remember any more.
