When upgrading gnome-games from version 2.6 to 2.8, if the user has configured a
theme which was removed in version 2.8 and moved to gnome-games-extra-data,
glines fails to start. Attaching a patch to fallback to the default theme.

This one was already fixed in 2.8.2 and 2.9.2. But I see you have contributed a
whole pile more that I didn't fix in 2.9.2 and 2.8.2.
