This avi just plays noise with GStreamer, but plays nicely in mplayer:

This file should be ok, I copied it again under the title squirell.avi even, and
both downloads fine for me.
Comment 2 Stephane Loeuillet 2004-12-12 23:05:30 UTC
in totem, it gives me a grey video window
sound is just noise

mplayer gives me perfect video and sound
Comment 3 Ronald Bultje 2004-12-19 13:40:02 UTC
It works perfectly for me after I committed the 'truncated AVI' fixes and did
the ffmpeg snapshot update.
