The two launchers defined in panel-default-setup.entries are
applications:///nautilus.desktop and applications:///System/gnome-terminal.desktop

We need to update this, but I'm not sure what's the best way to handle this. We
could make this a .in file and use ${prefix}/share/applications/nautilus.desktop...
