Switch to new GTK+ about dialog API

Changes:

 * replace gnome-about.h with gtkaboutdialog.h
 * use the gnome-starthere icon as logo
 * s/translator_credits/translator-credits
 * remove the locale if-then-else -> other apps don't use it
 * add a documenters string       -> is it right?
 * add a (C) entry for  2002-2004 -> Who is the (C) howner now? Alex and Dave? FSF?

Missing:
 * update GTK+ request in configure.in ?
