The gstreamer.avi file plays, but seeking is broken for it. Continues playing
long after seekbar is done.

Ok, do totem gstreamer.avi on command line. Seek forward 2/3 into the movie. Let
it play to the end of seekbar. After seekbar reach the end playback still continues.

Works now... The file only has one keyframe, so we can only seek to one
location... Not sure if that's right.
