Description Clinton Gormley 2004-10-15 15:18:28 UTC
I can listen to the default radio stations included with Rhythmbox (which
include pls files) but when I try to listen to another radio station
(dostrece.net) with either a pls or smil stream, it claims to be buffering, the
CPU goes wild, and nothing happens.

Comment 1 Sebastien Bacher 2005-01-15 00:47:03 UTC
which version of rhythmbox/gstreamer/gst-plugins are you using ?
Comment 2 Clinton Gormley 2005-01-19 12:47:32 UTC
rhythmbox-0.8.7-100.SuSE.ulb.1
gstreamer-plugins-0.8.7-100.SuSE.ulb.1
gstreamer-plugins-extra-0.8.7-100.SuSE.ulb.1
gstreamer-plugins-excess-0.8.7-100.SuSE.ulb.1
gstreamer-0.8.8-100.SuSE.ulb.1
gstreamer-plugins-default-0.8.7-100.SuSE.ulb.1
gstreamer-plugins-internal-0.8.7-100.SuSE.ulb.1

they are a version of SuSe 9.1 built by James Ogley at:
http://www.usr-local-bin.org/

i think they're using xmms though, so :
xmms-plugins-1.2.9-52
xmms-1.2.10-41
xmms-gnome2-0-490
Comment 3 Christian Kirbach 2006-07-04 11:53:11 UTC
