Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. install everything related with gstreamer 2. insert DVD and run totem 3. watch the frames! Actual Results: Very very slow at the begining and then slower slower till you only get frames Expected Results: normal movie playing How often does this happen? Totem does not play DVDs using the GStreamer backend. The whole functionality is disabled right now. Which Totem version?
Ronald is able to reproduce DVD playback now so he look into this :)
this is libgstplay. I don't think this bug applies anymore. DVD playing was recently re-added and is not slow. :).
