just play the file.  i have renamed the file so as to not be recognized by
anyone wanting look for copyrighted music.

since the file is bigger than bugzilla will allow and the webserver i use is
down because of hurricane ivan please just email me  justin@nolamodchips.com and

mad fails, ffdec_mp3 plays fine. Didn't test madplay yet to see if it's a mad or
a gst bug.
