Description Santiago Erquicia 2004-09-03 19:23:43 UTC
Actually planner has hour (h), day (d), and week (w) as possible time units. It
would be great to add month (m) and year (y). I guess that month is more used
than minutes so it is not a problem wiht the "m"

I'm not sure how to interprete month and year though. How many days should a
month and year map to? A hardcoded 30 and 365?
Comment 2 Santiago Erquicia 2005-02-18 17:59:31 UTC
Yeah, I didn't think about it when I wrote this. Would be an option to take
everything as x weeks? A month as 4 weeks and a year as 52 weeks?

Maybe it is not a good idea after all. The reality is that you wouldn't have
too much control if a task takes one year and you don't use subtasks to
represent it. A month is easy to put as 4 weeks or 30 days as you may see it
fit the situation.

I think I'll close this bug.
