It's not clear what in does. My first impression was that it deleted files.
IMHO it should be renamed to "Sort Icons by Name"

How about "Arrange icons by name"? Then "Keep aligned" should probably be "Keep
icons aligned" to make it consistent. I agree that the original wording is not
obvious.
