This patch should add SmoothGNOME to gnome-themes.
SmoothGNOME looks best when using the included iconrc file, but the patch
doesn't include the actual images. I've attached a tarball with the images to be
extracted into the gnome-themes/gtk-themes/SmoothGNOME/ folder.
I didn't include the SmoothGNOME icon theme, as its basically what I think
should happen to the default gnome icon theme. You can either download and
install it locally, or just run the gnome icon theme (it should still look decent).
Other than that, this patch should work. * crosses fingers

Theme and stock icons now added to gnome-themes.  Theme now called "Glider"
instead of "SmoothGNOME", by conensus.
