Do standard Fedora Core 1 installation from CD-ROM
Add gstreamer and livina yum settings
yum install totem
yum update
then type as root:gst-inspect fakesrc
returns:
/usr/bin/gst-inspect-0.8: relocation error:
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8/libgstdvdec.so: undefined symbol: dv_init
gst-inspect fakesrc

well, it's bad to mix RPMs from different sources because of that kind of issue

try to update both your gstreamer and libdv RPMs to newer versions (from the
same repository)

is it still an issue for you ?
