It would be nice to support a 'revert' operation in the theme manager to allow a
user to restore the state to whatever it was when the capplet was launched. 
This shouldn't be terribly difficult at least partially.  We'll still have
trouble with themes like hicontrast that tweak fonts but can't reset them.
