Description Michael Richardson 2004-05-26 16:43:07 UTC
run vtwm 5.4.6a as the window manager.
Run galeon 1.3.14.

Do something that involves putting up a transient, e.g. password manager.
vtwm faults in a way that results in a SIGTRAP to it, and it restarts.

This is CLEARLY a vtwm bug.

We (vtwm hackers) is having difficulty understanding what might have changed
between 1.3.4 and 1.3.14.
We also want to make sure that there is something that searches on galeon will
produce something.

We can't think of anything major that has changed in the way that galeon uses
transient windows. Galeon just uses the GTK+ API to mark a window as transient.

FWIW, I can't seem to cause any crashes in 5.4.5a (the version in debian).
