Description c.j.n.breame 2004-05-13 11:28:26 UTC
1. open a folder with multiple files starting with the same character
2. press the key that corresponds to this character

When the key is pressed, the first item with that starting character is
highlighted. Pressing the key again has no effect.

Solution: Pressing the key should cycle through the items with that starting
character. e.g. press once, first item is selected. press again, next item is
selected, etc. If the last one is selected, pressing again causes the first
item to be selected.

This is a feature - just type some more letters of the folder that you want to
access.

In my home dir i have:
pad2/
perl/
png2ico/
Programs/
Projects/
Prolog/

Typing 'p' will select .pad2'. Then pressing 'r' will select 'Programs'. Then
pressing 'o,j' will select 'Projects'. It is not case sensitive.
