1. Add the Quick Lounge applet to the panel: 
   Right-click on the panel, then choose Add to Panel > Utility > Quick Lounge.

2. Right-click on the Quick Lounge applet. The first menu item is "Properties".

This menu item should be called "Preferences" instead of "Properties".
