now I have docbook2ps and docbook2pdf installed. It runs further, but now says
*** Generating HTML output ***

it chookes on the -V '%use-id-as-filename%'
passed to docbook2html in docs/faq/Makefile

this option is not available in docbook-tools 0.6.6
gstreamer/common/gst-doc.m4 does not check the version
