Description Lincoln Phipps 2004-03-31 08:14:26 UTC
We don't have an UNDO on reset constraints so this should
have a confirm dialog as its hard to clean this up if you
accidently delete the constraints !

** I have already patched this in my own sandbox **.

Hm, we're in the process of adding undo for everything, and Alvaro is working on
task undo right now so I don't think adding a dialog makes much sense, does it?
Comment 2 Lincoln Phipps 2004-03-31 08:49:13 UTC
I accidently clicked the reset constraints on my project
as its sort of close to the Edit Dialog menu entry.....
and it did this so I got annoyed and added a dialog ;)

I now also want to enhance this warning to have a few
smater filters and confirm each task that is actually
reset. That way you can select a whole bunch of tasks and
clean out the constraints 1 at a time.

Your call - the patch'll be in my tranche that I'll send
to you this morning. I think it'll help users.

Comment 3 Lincoln Phipps 2004-03-31 08:49:51 UTC
..thats SMARTER filters....
Comment 4 Richard Hult 2004-04-04 23:42:50 UTC
As explained on the mailing list and here, no need for this when we have undo.
