Description of Problem:
apps_gnome_settings_daemon_default_editor.schemas.in
is nothing by default. so intltool-update always 
outputs the error.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Invoke intltool-update --pot in control-center/po.

Actual Results:
intltool-update outputs an error.

Expected Results:
We can get potfile.

How often does this happen? 
Whenever we need the translation.

I have the patch.

you are confusing files missing from the tarball with files that are not there.
The patch is incorrect.  The solution was to include those files properly in the
tarball.
