I got various tips that it culd be libbonoboui so it could be indeed the lib!

The screenshot link is dead, as well as the bonobos within eog. Therefor I am
closing this bug in the hope that the situation is better now with the new
GtkUIManager.

I'll upload a new screenshot ASAP, it looks now worser then it did before!!! We
really should fix the rtl problem or the whole UI gets screwed up...

looks ok to me with LANG=ar_SA.utf-8

I'm closing this. Reopen when/if uploading a screenshot showing the problem
