Looks like bonobo-toolbar?
I got various tips that it culd be libbonoboui so it could be indeed the lib!

The screenshot link is dead, as well as the bonobos within eog. Therefor I am closing this bug in the hope that the situation is better now with the new GtkUIManager.
I'll upload a new screenshot ASAP, it looks now worser then it did before!!! We really should fix the rtl problem or the whole UI gets screwed up...
